For those undergoing a C-section, the Belly Band helps reduces post-surgery pain and promotes incision healing. [1]

The 2-layer wrap design made with elastic velcro bands targets compression where you need it most in the lower abdomen and back so you can feel confident tackling the day.

Two muscles that run down the middle of your stomach can separate during pregnancy. This is called diastasis recti. Separation will usually go back to normal by the time your baby is 8 weeks old. [2]

How often should I wear the Belly Band?

Two to three hours a day is recommended so that you get enough support but still work your muscles and ligaments to avoid overdependence.

How do I wear the Belly Band?

The Belly Band can be worn directly on the skin and hidden under clothes or on top of clothes. It should fit snug with constant pressure on the belly, but without any impact on breathing, circulation or discomfort in your ribs.

1. Wrap the large band around the lower back and overlap the velcro sides at the front of your tummy to stick in place.

2. Overlap the small bands and tighten until you feel supported but still comfortable.

What is the sizing for the Belly Band?

The Belly Band sizes are Petite (XS-M) and Regular (L-XL). It should fit snug with constant pressure on the belly, without any impact on breathing, circulation or discomfort in your ribs. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down.

Regular - 120cm x 24cm (L-XL)

Can I wash the Belly Band?
